Orders and payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to buy the selected products. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance. Prices and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. We may need to cancel or decline an order where a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or we cannot fulfil it; if payment has been taken, we will refund it.

Made-to-order fulfilment

Our products are made to order and fulfilled by Teemill. Product photographs and on-screen colours are illustrative; colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products. We aim to describe products accurately and may make reasonable changes that do not materially affect their quality or function.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates are set out in our Shipping policy and shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that apply to their order.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, text, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to Prospereco and may not be used without permission except as permitted by law.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of the country in which you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order will apply to that order.
