Shipping policy

Prospereco products are made to order and fulfilled by Teemill. Most orders are printed within one working day (Monday to Friday), though this can vary at busy times.
UK delivery
- Standard: £4.00 — usually 2–3 working days.
- First Class: £6.00 — usually 1–2 working days.
- Priority: £9.50 — next working day for orders placed before 1pm.
- Free UK delivery on orders over £50.
EU delivery
- Standard: £6.00 — usually 3–10 working days.
- Tracked: £15.00 — usually 3–10 working days.
- Free delivery on orders over £100.
International delivery
- Standard: £7.00 — usually 7–14 working days.
- Tracked: £15.50 — usually 7–14 working days.
- Free delivery on orders over £100.
The delivery options and applicable charge are shown at checkout. UK parcels are sent with tracking. EU and international tracking is available when a tracked service is selected; tracking may stop once a parcel leaves the UK.
For delivery outside the UK, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays or public holidays.
